Each year the Florida Federal Contractors Association (FFCA), in partnership with the Tampa Bay Innovation Center, hosts the Florida Defense and Technology Showcase (FDTS).

 

This industry tradeshow, usually held in the Fall in Pinellas County, provides an opportunity for FFCA member companies and other regional industry participants to present their capabilities to senior executives and supply chain representatives of some of the world's largest Department of Defense prime contractors, as well as to U.S. Government customers and members of the regional Congressional delegation. Now in its 6th year, FDTS has enjoyed the active support and leadership of U.S. Representative C.W. Bill Young, the Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense.

 

FDTS activities consist of an opening night Sponsors reception at a premier venue, a full-day Showcase, a formal lunch program, industry matchmaking sessions, and a closing reception. The event is concluded the following day by the annual Florida Federal Contractors Association Golf Tournament.
